On average orders are shipped within 1-2 business days
Our Standard Shipping is now only $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping anywhere within the United States.

Standard shipping will consist of either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground on large orders. Most shipments may take from 1 to 3 days depending on distance from California.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail
Returns
We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. Please contact us for a return authorization. Unless products were shipped on our error, we cannot accept returns on food, bath, and body products due to the nature of the products.
However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products or if there are any discrepancies in your order please notify us immediately by phone at (877) 209-1409.
All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused. We will not issue a refund on products that have been used or partially used.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returns valued more than $75 dollars will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling, and repackaging.
